Quality and good service is the assurance for new sales. Each satisfied user means new customers. CHAC have always been loyal to these principles in its after sales services.

CHAC defines its benefits in after sales services as follows:

Equipment sales is not an end point in customer relations; it is essentially a start based on a long-term mutual trust and unconditional customer satisfaction.

Our approach to maintenance services is not just to perform the general cleaning of the equipment as defined with the term “visual maintenance”, it is resolving of possible problems during maintenance with the “predictive maintenance” approach. Thus, faults with high costs and production/comfort losses may be prevented.
Maintenance and repair services are performed by our specialized and certified authorized services within CHAC.

Our regional service managers perform audits in our services within their area of responsibility at least once a year. Audits are performed visually, functionally, financially and on the organization of the service. Any failure detected in the audits are requested to be resolved and this is followed up afterwards. Moreover, a customer satisfaction survey is performed regularly every month with our Customer Contact Line (+91 194 2300 329 , 9797790030) and our services are scored as per the results of this survey.

We continue our efforts to ensure that our customers receive the service that would resolve their problems in the shortest possible time and correctly.
